1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Sympazy's AI WhatsApp assistant service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
These Terms apply to all users of Sympazy, including parents, guardians, and family members who interact with our AI assistant through WhatsApp.
2. Description of Service
2.1 Sympazy Service
Sympazy is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that helps parents organize school communications by:
- Processing forwarded school messages to extract important information
- Creating organized summaries, task lists, and reminders
- Generating calendar entries for school events and deadlines
- Providing intelligent notifications and follow-up assistance
2.2 Service Availability
We strive to provide 24/7 service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use Sympazy, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have a valid WhatsApp account
- Agree to receive communications from Sympazy through WhatsApp
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account and all activities that occur through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use Sympazy only for:

- Managing your family's school-related schedules and tasks
- Accessing features within your subscription plan limits
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not use Sympazy to:

- Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate our AI systems
- Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or send threatening messages to our AI or support team
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plan Types
Sympazy offers multiple subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Limited message processing (20 messages/month)
- Premium Plan: Unlimited processing with advanced features (₹99/month)
- Premium Pro: All features plus family collaboration tools (₹199/month)
5.2 Billing and Payments
For paid plans:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
5.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through WhatsApp. Refunds are provided for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions upon request within 30 days of payment.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Sympazy Property
Sympazy and its AI technology, including but not limited to software, algorithms, trademarks, and service marks, are owned by Double Slit Labs Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the school messages and information you provide to Sympazy. You grant us limited rights to process this content solely to provide our organization services.
7. AI Service Limitations
7.1 AI Accuracy
While our AI strives for high accuracy, it may occasionally:
- Misinterpret message content or context
- Miss important information in complex communications
- Generate summaries that require human review
- Be unable to process certain message formats or languages
7.2 User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and verifying important information. Sympazy is a helpful tool but should not replace your own judgment regarding your children's education and activities.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Disclaimer
Sympazy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI processing will be 100% accurate
- All school communications will be successfully organized
- The service will meet all your specific requirements
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Double Slit Labs Private Limited's liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sympazy services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Double Slit Labs Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Sympazy or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- First, good faith negotiations between the parties
- If necessary, binding arbitration in New Delhi, India
- Courts in New Delhi, India for matters not subject to arbitration
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through WhatsApp or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Sympazy after changes constitutes acceptance.
