• Number of children and their grade levels (optional)
• School names (to provide context-aware organization)
• Timezone and language preferences

Our AI processes forwarded messages to:

While Sympazy helps parents organize information about their children's school activities, we do not directly collect information from children under 13. All interactions are through parent/guardian accounts.

Parents maintain full control over what school information is shared with Sympazy and can delete any information about their children at any time.
